Unplanned Boracay Island Adventure

As an adventurous girl, I have no fear to discover anything. I'm always craving excitement in life. One of the most important and favorite things to do is travelling. Indeed, acquiring some information about the place and discover it even I don't really know what's there behind. that's so challenging for me. And of course, I have always proof and stories to tell to everyone so I always bring something useful like the camera.
Just like any photo enthusiast, I always take pictures of the scenery and especially watch out for the beautiful Boracay Island. The last time I was there, however, I focused more on the people and tried to discover what they do in Boracay. The pictures in this hub show what I discovered. First I just wanna give you guys the background about Boracay Island.

Boracay Island is located approximately 350 kilometers south of Manila, Philippines. The island is a short distance off the north-western tip of Panay Island, which is in the western Visayas in the Philippines.  Boracay Island is about seven kilometers long and its narrowest point barely 1 kilometer wide, comprising an area of 1,083 hectares.

While the fine white sand beaches and the crystal clear cool waters of Boracay Island provide the main attraction, the possibilities for pleasure and adventure in this enchanting paradise are as seemingly endless. There is a wonderful array of attractions on Boracay island to keep you busy exploring for days and nights.
Boracay is a paradise for certified beach and sun-worshippers around the world. Boracay continues to entice beach-loving tourists to its sun-bleached shores of powder-soft white sands that never get hot even in the afternoon sun. Boracay has more than a dozen beaches and many coves. The most famous and popular. Boracay is an almost four kilometers long white beach, which has been named several times as one of the best beaches in the world. Most of the foreign tourists who had been here having made Boracay their yearly destination. Others have chosen to live in this haven.

It was a busy week for me when my friends invited me to watch for a "FASHION ROCK" at the University of the Philippines Visayas campus. My friend will do modeling also for Filipino designers until we decided to go directly to Boracay after the show. It was a simultaneous decision. I got out from my shift at 3pm then I need to wait for my other friend Lovelee to get out from her shift. so I've been able to bring extra clothes for them.6pm was the departure time of a fast craft and it takes just 45minutes to travel from Bacolod to Iloilo City port.
We sleep at the hotel after the show then early in the morning traveling to the ceres terminal of Iloilo going Caticlan
It was 6hours of travel via air-conditioned bus. It was tired because of not enough sleep, thirsty and sleepy but when we arrived at Boracay feels so refresh and exciting. The water is so tempting, sweet breeze and relaxing wind blowing around plus powder-like sand in there. I can say " Please don't wear your Havaianas so that you will appreciate the sand" it's one of the beauties of nature which Boracay has. In Boracay, you can do a lot of activities here are some of my pictures  I hope you will enjoy looking.
( underneath the sun)  hey we came from the City of Smile that we got smiling faces
Look at the sand, at this moment we really don't care if we don't have enough clothes for this travel we only care is to enjoy.

Xelca Don't wear your Ipanema coz I'm going to take off my Havaianas.

Sunset? sorry I wasn't able to captured it
Souvenir shop at the back nice food OHH gosh it's all in there.

You don't know how much I miss you Boracay, always that's why I keep coming back.

can't say no to water, can't say no to walk in powder-like sand, and can't say no to ice cream ohhh crazy crepes oh Lala

I have always loved the beach. The smell of the salty water, the wind in my face, the gentle roar of the waves all combine to create a sense of peace and calm.
I always want new adventure in my life and I love to discover anything and island hopping and discovering what's there behind is my happiness

Sponges grow in the ocean. That just 'gets' me. I wonder how much deeper the ocean would be if that didn't happen
Why do we love the sea? It is because it has some potent power to make us think things we like to think
At the beach, life is different. Time doesn't move hour to hour but mood to moment. We live by the currents, plan by the tides and follow the sun.
Our memories of the ocean will linger on, long after our footprints in the sand are gone.

                                          why can't life like this?
My life is like a stroll on the beach...as near to the edge as I can go.
I never dreamed to be a  millionaire nor be famous or any power.
Calm, relaxing, and stress-free life near the beach with someone I love that's all I wanted.

As the ocean is never full of water, so is the heart never full of love”

The beach is in our blood. Everyone in our family returns to the beach instinctively, just like the sea turtles.
They're just  foreigner in boracay they are everywhere
    Enjoying Island hopping
sand sand sand...walking in the sand
looking for a sandcastle but found dolphin instead.
                                                wondering what's there behind
If you're looking  for a carnival, well just look around at the back of the D mall

looks yummy right? that's crazy crepes one of the reasons why I love Boracay

Relaxing after long a travel and about to sleep for the few hours before roaming around

There's a lot of things to remembered lots of activities to enjoy

Masskara Fiestival

MassKara Festival is a festival held each year in Bacolod City, the capital of Negros Occidental province in the Philippines every third weekend of October nearest October 19, the city's Charter Inauguration Anniversary.
The word "MassKara" is a portmanteau, coined by the late artist Ely Santiago from the word "mass" meaning "many or a multitude of the people", and the Spanish word cara meaning "face". A prominent feature of the festival is the mask worn by participants; these are always adorned with smiling faces. MassKara thus means a multitude of smiling faces. The word is also a pun on maskara, the Filipino term for "mask".
The festival features a street dance competition where people from all walks of life troop to the streets to see colorfully-masked dancers gyrating to the rhythm of Latin musical beats in a display of mastery, gaiety, coordination and stamina. Major activities include the MassKara Queen beauty pageant, carnivals, drum and bugle corps competitions, food festivals, sports events, musical concerts, agriculture-trade fairs, garden shows, and other special events organized ad-hoc every year.

In spite of being busy to work here are some of my pictures. Proof that there's a celebration.
Every Masskara Festival  whole Lacson Street are traffic, parties are everywhere, sales discount, foreigners, food. and lastly the sweet smiling faces of the people in the "City Of Smile"

The History and myth of lineage II

He drew a deep breath, inhaled the smoke, and let it out slowly. Most of his face was hidden under a thick, old hood, and behind him there was only pitch darkness. In the dim glow of the pipe it was impossible to see his features.

He introduced himself as a bard - yet no one believed him, as his voice was thick and ragged - and we were suspicious that he traveled the dangerous forest alone.

However, he offered to tell us a story if we shared our meal and the warmth of our fire. We agreed, if only because we couldn't leave this traveler to the cold forest. We made ourselves comfortable by the fire, holding our weapons at the ready in case of danger, and waited for his story to begin. The night was ice-cold, and his low, thick voice carried quietly across the mountain as, setting aside his pipe, he opened his mouth and began to speak.

The Gameplay

To begin playing Lineage II, players create a character as their avatar in the game's medieval-style virtual world. Humans, Elves and Dark Elves start off in the Kingdom of Aden while Dwarves and Orcs start off in the Kingdom of Elmore. Players can choose from either fighter or mystic professions at the start, except for Dwarves and Kamael which are only able to select the fighter profession; this choice acts as an archetype for later profession options. Each race has its own set of classes, even if humans, elves and dark elves have a lot of classes that are very similar to their counterparts in the other two races.
As players kill non-player character (NPC) monsters, they accumulate experience points and skill points (SP). As experience points accumulate, the character's level increases, meaning various attributes of the character are augmented. Players purchase and then upgrade their character’s skills using SP. Players can play alone or as part of a group to fight monsters and complete quests for new skills, experience points, and items. Player versus player (PvP) is a significant portion of the game. The game provides many social, political, and economic aspects which are developed through the community and by the actions, in-game, of single players.Lineage II features siege warfare like the original. To make sure PvP stays under control, the design includes Karma system that provides negative consequences for killing other players when they are not fighting back. When being in a chaotic state (karma number higher than zero) with a PK count of 5 or more, players have a high probability of dropping items after being killed.
